Sellers Union Group Staff Forum September News Updates II
On the occasion of the 40th National Teacher's Day, Sellers Union College specially prepared gifts for 191 internal lecturers of the Group. The designed IP elephant featuring the image of Confucius vividly demonstrated the noble demeanor of the lecturers. At the end of the activity, the lecturers gathered together and took a group photo to capture the joy and warmth of Teacher's Day.
Looking back on the past 13 years, the faculty of Sellers Union College has continued to become stronger. On the path of cultivating talents and promoting growth, lecturers not only impart solid professional knowledge and skills, but also guide students to steadily move forward in the complex and ever-changing foreign trade environment with the broad wisdom of Confucius, bravely facing challenges and seizing opportunities.
In the future, Sellers Union College will continue to work with all the lecturers to continuously inject new energy and vitality into the high-quality development of the Group.


In this harvest season, the Qingyun (Course for Manager-Level) Phase 5 project was successfully completed in Yiwu on the morning of September 11th, marking the successful end of the four-month in-depth learning journey of trainees. Fang Yongqiang, Xu Shengke, Fang Baojun, Yu Jin, the senior leaders of the Group, Sun Feng, the general manager of the project partner, and more than 30 elite students, attended the closing ceremony and witnessed this important moment together.
The project closely revolved around the positioning and core competency requirements of managerial level cadres, with IDP personal development plan as the main line, combining training and combat, to assist students in leading teams to complete annual key tasks while training and improving their abilities.
On site, four student representatives demonstrated their outstanding achievements in three directions: achieving performance, improving quality and efficiency, and cultivating talents. They stated that they had learned and mastered tools and methods such as team co-creation, process management, and review in the project, and successfully applied these new skills to team management, helping the team better identify and solve problems, while enhancing team cohesion and collaborative combat capabilities.
Mr. Fang affirmed the outstanding performance and project achievements of the students, and emphasized in the concluding speech the importance of applying what is learned and applying what is learned. The Qingyun Phase 5 project is based on this concept, accurately matching the needs of students, carefully designing course content, and ensuring that students can learn and apply what they have learned. At the same time, Mr. Fang also emphasized the importance of the growth and gains of students during the project process. He encouraged everyone to closely integrate their learned knowledge with practical work and continuously promote self transcendence.
Based on the performance of project students and mentors, the "Excellent Project", "Excellent Student", "Excellent Team", and "Excellent Mentor" awards were selected and commended on-site.

On September 13th, in order to enhance team cohesion, improve collaboration efficiency, and better solve the delivery problems caused by the explosive growth of orders this year, Sellers Union's Business Department Seven organized a collaborative themed workshop, with a total of 35 colleagues participating. The workshop is designed and organized by the Team Development Center of Sellers Union College.
During the workshop, members shared their growth stories and received frequent applause for each other’s outstanding traits during the exchange. Everyone perceived the current situation together, faced the challenges of collaboration, and through on-site conversations, candidly faced the difficulties and shortcomings of collaboration between different positions, fully understanding each other's expectations. Subsequently, through co-creating the action plan, everyone fully reached a consensus on the next stage of collaboration and enhanced their confidence in the output of the results.
Ge Xiaoqing, Vice Director of Sellers Union, highly recognized the serious participation of colleagues from Department Seven in the activity and the consensus reached on improvement. This workshop not only enhanced the understanding and trust among team members, but also provided a powerful tool for solving practical problems. In the future, similar co-creation activities will continue to be carried out to continuously improve team work efficiency, promote team continuous growth, and lay a more solid foundation for the long-term development of the department.

On the afternoon of September 9th, the Union Line Business Division of Union Source held a six-month closing meeting. The meeting was hosted by Sellers Union College Team Development Center, and the project homeroom teacher presented the important milestones of the project from three main themes: learning map, management ability, and team project.
The participants thought that the learning map is the most important project outcome. Through co-creation, a dedicated learning map for the business unit has been formed, fully absorbing collective wisdom and providing more practical guidance for newcomers in the future. The management ability line allows students to feel the pressure of improving their abilities, but in the personal development plan tripartite meeting, it provides trainees with the opportunity to hear feedback from different perspectives, see their own communication styles and behavior patterns, greatly enhancing their willingness to improve. The team project line was tailored according to the development stage needs of each business team, and the team integration workshop opened up members' hearts in an easy way, allowing them to understand each other and promote integration. Team review helped everyone better clarify problems and promote the mastery of problem-solving methodologies.
Lei Gang, Vice General Manager Union Line, stated that the project is not the end, but a new beginning for the growth of Union Line. Everyone also expressed that they have gained a more comprehensive and in-depth understanding of their own and team development through this project, as well as learned some methods to solve problems and improve management, laying a good foundation for future sustainable development.
At the meeting, everyone confirmed the continuation of the project and invited Sellers Union College to continue accompanying and jointly launch a new team development plan.

On the afternoon of September 7th, the Team Development Center of Sellers Union College organized a joint vision workshop for the Business Department 1 of Union Home. Zhang Ying, Business Director of Union Home led 18 colleagues from the department to participate.
Firstly, from the perspectives of employees, customers, competitors, and superiors, we will conduct an in-depth analysis of the current development status of Union Home, and face issues such as incremental challenges, poor delivery, team execution, and profit compression. Subsequently, the attendees shared their successful experiences and extracted the core strengths that the team focuses on building, such as perseverance, strong sense of responsibility, confidence and stability, and strong execution ability. Ms. Zhang shared her vision for the next five years in her heart, and everyone also imagined a beautiful future together, from “my” vision to “our” vision, feeling the value of personal and team growth together. Finally, everyone was divided into groups to discuss the next stage of work plan and formulated a cultural contract to enhance the team’s comprehensive abilities through multiple aspects and measures.
Through this workshop, Union Home Business Department One has reached a vision consensus, clarified a two-year plan, agreed on safeguard measures, and achieved expected results. In the future, we will continue to cooperate with the college and embark on a new chapter of development together.

On September 14th, the sixth session of Union Vision Youth Creation Camp has officially opened.
The first stage was face-to-face interaction between newcomers. Participants took turns taking the stage to introduce themselves. The following team ice breaking games, which were full of fun and quickly brought each other closer and formed a preliminary spirit of teamwork. Subsequently, the training manager provided a detailed explanation of the learning content, project arrangement, and expected outcomes of this creation camp. She emphasized the importance of combining theory with practice, encouraging everyone to explore and innovate in the learning process. At the same time, clear instructions were provided on the project timeline, task allocation, to ensure that each newcomer has a clear understanding of their responsibilities and goals. The company also specially invited an experienced mentor team, who come from different departments and have rich industry experience and professional knowledge.
With the end of the group photo, the opening event of Creation Camp also came to a successful conclusion. We believe that the newcomers will thrive under the company’s cultivation and contribute their own strength to the company’s development in the next three months.
