A Study Trip to Benchmarking Enterprises in Shenzhen
On February 19th, in order to explore the well-known enterprises’ way to success, a visiting group of 30 people, including Patrick Xu, President of the Group, some partners of the Group, and senior executives of external companies, visited Tencent and BYD, the benchmarking enterprises in Shenzhen.
The visiting group first visited the Tencent headquarter in Shenzhen, and felt the charm of a world-famous Internet enterprise in the immersive experience of the exhibition hall. Through nearly one-day course study, they had a comprehensive understanding of Tencent's systematic management and innovative practices in Internet innovative thinking, the underlying logic of development, organizational development and employee motivation, and had a deep insight into its way to success and business logic of enterprise development.
The visiting group also visited the BYD exhibition hall to learn about its achievements in the field of new energy application as a leading enterprise in the Chinese automobile industry, and learned their corporate culture, craftsmanship spirit and management innovation.
After the visit, they reviewed the whole study trip and exchanged the experience of the visit with each other. They said that the Group and Tencent have many similarities in the fields of win-win cooperation value, fair and open development environment, internal innovation and entrepreneurship and partnership mechanism. The underlying logic of Tencent's development and the way of talent management are of great reference value to the high-quality development of the Group. They realized that being alert to dangers even in times of calm can break the boundary and achieve growth.
In terms of business development, choice is more important than effort. The Group should grasp the trends, policies and resources, and take the lead in making innovative decisions in the tide of the times; It is also in line with the business philosophy of "altruism" of the Group to gain insight into personal needs from the perspectives of customers, expand business boundaries with service logic, break through development barriers and make win-win decisions. In terms of talent and organizational development, the Group can weaken the management concepts, strengthen the influence of managers, understand the real needs of employees in value-added and emotional aspects at different levels through appropriate communication methods, and improve the physical and mental strength of employees through effective incentives, so as to find the advantages of employees and make common progress.
The visiting group appreciated BYD's great achievements in automobile, electronics, battery and other aspects through visiting the huge patent wall, craftsman wall and excellent product exhibition area, which is also a great incentive for the Group’s development in the future. The members of the visiting group also put forward some opinions and suggestions on the visiting itinerary and teaching guests, providing reference for the sustainable development and optimization of UTour.
