The growth of Sellers Union Group owes a great deal to the continuous contributions of its employees. In recognition and appreciation of this, on September 11th, the Group held the 2023 Annual Long-Service Awards Ceremony. A total of 181 colleagues received their well-deserved long-service souvenirs.

During the event, five representatives of long-service employees, including July Hu, delivered inspiring speeches in terms of various aspects of their journeys working in the Group, such as work experiences, personal growth, and career development. Representing the 5 years of service, Summer Xia from Auland expressed genuine gratitude for the unwavering support received from sister companies within the Group. Chris Yu from Union Home, representing the 10 years of service, shared her experience of being embraced and motivated by colleagues and leaders, expressing her gratitude to the Group. Jane Jin, representing the 15 years of service from the Finance Management Department, emphasized the widespread use of data intelligence within the Group, which has significantly boosted the work efficiency and promoted the Group's rapid growth. Joe Zhao, representing the 15 years of service from Deal Hope Business Division, highlighted the Group's dedication to learning and personal development, citing the wealth of learning resources available within the Group. Finally, representing the 20 years of service, July Hu from Union Chance, expressed her heartfelt appreciation for the trust granted by leaders during her two-decade-long work life. She joined the Group immediately after graduating from university. In the future, she would continue to move forward with greater determination.

In conclusion, Vinson Qian, the Co-President, who has joined the Group for 20 years, extended warm congratulations and heartfelt thanks to all the colleagues who received long-service souvenirs.
